Compliance Testing
On-site electrical audits are a critical service for businesses and organizations that want to ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance of their electrical systems.
An on-site electrical audit is a thorough examination of an organization’s electrical infrastructure, including its power distribution, lighting, and control systems, as well as its fire alarm and security systems. The goal of an on-site electrical audit is to identify any potential issues or hazards and to provide recommendations for improvement.
TAMS on-site electrical audits are conducted by experienced electricians. We use the latest diagnostic tools and equipment to thoroughly examine all aspects of an organization’s electrical systems.

RCD Testing
We regularly conduct testing of Residual Current Devices (RCDs) on electrical switchboards and control panels in compliance with AS/NZS 3760:2010 & AS/NZS 3012:2010 standards. This process is an effective preventative maintenance measure that can detect faulty electrical RCD’s.

Emergency Lighting
Our technicians are experts in testing your exit and emergency lighting system on recurring basis in accordance with AS 2293. This will enable your people and clients to safely exit a potentially dangerous environment in the event of power supply disruption or emergency evacuation situation.

Test & Tag
We schedule our technicians in quarterly and annually to conduct testing and tagging of all appliances, power leads and devices to the current Australian Standard, AS/NZS 3760:2010.

Failure Point Analysis
Our software and testing systems during routine maintenance tasks will identify failure points whilst carrying out scheduled maintenance visits. This enables TAMS to produce detailed reports to enable better planning, future product selection and client awareness.

Certification
Through the experiences gained over 20 years’ of operation, TAMS can provide a variety of certifications to ensure compliance obligations are met.
